1. All orders must be a minimum of €3000 \ USD3813.
  2. After placing an order with Africa Café Ceramics, you will be sent an Order Confirmation. Please sign, date and return this order confirmation to the address as indicated on purchase order form or alternatively it can be faxed to +27-21-7976311. We wish to remind you that orders cannot be processed until we have received the signed and dated confirmation. Cancellation of orders after 7 working days will be result in a 10% cancellation fee on the value of the crockery.
  3. We require full payment before shipping.
  4. Delivery times are 6-8 weeks from South Africa.
  5. All prices quoted exclude delivery. UPS Shipping charges will be added to your order.
  6. Orders valued €4000 and above must be secured with a 50% deposit.
  7. Please check your packing slips and invoices carefully. Any discrepancy in stock received must be reported within 7 days of receiving such stock. Failing to do so absolves Africa Café Ceramics from any responsibility for the discrepancy.
  8. All damaged or defective goods must be reported within TEN DAYS (10) after receipt of the order. All claims must specify our Order Confirmation Number. On approval of the claim the goods MUST be immediately returned to us in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING for credit or we will not take responsibility.
